Zenit St. Petersburg became the champions of Europe when they beat The Rangers 2-0 in the UEFA Cup final.Andrey Arshavin, probably the best player on Zenit was crowned with the Man of the Match Award, a well deserved title. However, it is a bit ironic that a team which won the UEFA Cup, is currently ranked 14th place in the Russian Premier League. They tied teams such as Saturn Moscow, who is ranked 12th place in the Russian Premier League.
